CSA
(Community Supported Agriculture) Sign-ups for the 2024 CSA start February 1st. Download the sign-up form (pdf format) June - August 16 week season. There is an extra week to allow for vacations, weeks off, etc. Payment in advance. Membership can be reserved with a 25% deposit and payments made until first delivery at the beginning of May. Members pick up their weekly shares at: - Winston-Salem Fairgrounds - at the Farm Full shares are $480 for a 16 week season Weekly box includes a minimum value of $30, approximately 8 lbs. of in-season vegetables, fruits, and farm eggs. Occassional treats vary, including jams/jellies, homemade breads, etc. Half shares are $256 for a 16 week season Weekly box includes a minimum value of $16, approximately 4 lbs. of in-season vegetables, fruits, and farm eggs. Occassional treats vary, including jams/jellies, homemade bread, etc. Weekly Meat Option is available for $256, same 16 week season. Meat selections vary each week among beef cuts, pastured chicken, pastured pork. (Members indicate types they want.)
