Please use this form to request information, the annual CSA sign-up form, questions about crop availability, etc. Requests for beef, chicken, pork, sausage or produce to be delivered to the Winston-Salem Fairgrounds Farmers Market on Saturday mornings can be submitted through this form. All meats must be picked up by 11:00 am on Saturdays unless other arrangements are made in advance. |
